Teide National Park. Elected Natural Heritage Site by the Natural World Heritage Convention of UNESCO.
La Orotava. Ideal place to spend an afternoon visiting the old traditional houses and walking through its cobblestone pedestrian areas. You can visit the Victoria Gardens, Plaza del Liceo and the Casa de los Balcones and Casa Lercaro as representing the past of La Orotava.
Lago Martianez. Desing by the renowned Canarian artist Cesar Manrique, located in Puerto de la Cruz.
San Cristobal de la Laguna. World Heritage City.
Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The capital of the island.
Carnival. Held in February in all towns and cities of the island, but with greater splendor in Santa Cruz de Tenerife and Puerto de la Cruz .
Festival of Corpus Christi and San Isidro Labrador. Held in June in the town of La Orotava. The Flowers Carpets are one of the most representative art forms of these parties.
Pinolere craft fair. The first weekend in September artisans gather from all parts of the island to show their works and creations in one of the most important fairs in the north of Tenerife.
