In front of the house is our winery. It produces wine in metal tanks, which facilitate the process of alcoholic fermentation at a given pressure, to finally produce the wine with the desired quality.
The winery has a tasting room for wine, along with traditional casks made of wood and pictures of the process of harvesting.
The property has a “Lagar Tradicional”, traditional Canarian winery nineteenth century. The winery consists of a wooden trays where the wort is collected and a huge wooden beam for pressing, supporting his head on a spindle and this rests on a huge stone quarry.
Currently, this element of the traditional Canarian architecture, gives the whole wine flavor that places the El Majuelo in that special place to relax and experience the wine.
