The farm is set in an area of 26,000 square meters, distributed in agricultural terraces on which the vineyard is cultivated mainly, but also can be found fruit trees like oranges and lemons.
The vine is grown in vineyards fixed about 60 cm high, in the form of original “cordon trenzado” (braided cord). These cords have a length ranging from 3 to 4 m in tight up to 15 m. The grape variety is predominantly Listan Negro or Almuñeco, Canary quintessential red variety.
The harvest in the Valle de La Orotava is a genuine regional party, full of a strong local tradition in which families gather to Villeras reap the fruit of the vine, in a cheerful and hospitable.
From farm also obtained medlars, squash, corn, canarian potatoes and avocados. A variety of local products that will delight the visitor.
